We may collect billing and subscription information through Stripe when you purchase or manage a plan.

We use your information to operate EMMA, provide product features, generate requested music or creative outputs, process uploaded audio, store Cloud Library projects and versions, process payments, maintain account access, and improve the product experience.

FOLINO LLC does not verify that uploaded content is cleared for copyright, publishing, sample, master, vocal, likeness, or other rights. You are responsible for any rights clearance needed for your uploads and use of generated outputs.

If you save content to Cloud Library, we may store your uploaded files, generated tracks, versions, metadata, and playback links so you can access and manage them in your account.

Cloud Library is intended as a creative workspace and product feature, not as a permanent archive or backup service. You should keep your own copies of important work.

You may delete projects or versions through available product controls where supported, although some records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems needed for security, legal, billing, or operational purposes.

We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, storage, audio processing, music generation, lyrics generation, stem separation, and AI/model infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
