By accessing or using EMMA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

These terms apply to your use of the website, app features, subscriptions, and related services offered by FOLINO LLC for the EMMA product.

EMMA provides AI-assisted music production features, including sound design, chord generation, stem separation, and related creative tools.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Certain features of EMMA require a paid subscription or usage-based access.

Billing, payment methods, subscription changes, and cancellations may be managed through Stripe or other payment providers connected to the service.

Credits, generations, feature usage costs, and plan allocations may change over time at the discretion of FOLINO LLC. For example, a feature that costs 1 credit today may cost 3 credits later, and plan allocations or included credit amounts may change from values like 100 to 1000 or other amounts in the future.

Credits do not roll over unless FOLINO LLC expressly states otherwise for a specific plan, promotion, or offer.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, audio, text, and other material you upload or submit to EMMA.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and upload that material.

You should not upload infringing, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.

EMMA may generate presets, stems, chord ideas, and other creative output based on your inputs.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in commercial, legal, financial, or otherwise sensitive contexts.

Generated results may be incomplete, imperfect, or similar to outputs provided to other users.

You may not use EMMA to abuse the platform, bypass access controls, scrape protected systems, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or creates risk for the platform or others.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality, or compatibility with every workflow, DAW, plugin, or third-party provider.

The EMMA product, the FOLINO brand, FOLINO LLC materials, software, interface elements, and related content are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit protected parts of the service beyond your allowed use.

EMMA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation unless such disclaimers are not allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOLINO LLC, EMMA, and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the relevant period or the minimum amount required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address abuse or non-payment.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of EMMA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
